Terms & Conditions for "The Booze Breakup" Purchase

Introduction:

By purchasing "The Booze Breakup" ("Program"), you ("You," "Your," or "Participant") agree to comply with and be bound by these General Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). The Program is provided by Beth Bowen LLC ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"). These Terms govern Your purchase, access, and use of the Program.

Program Access

Upon full payment of the Program fee, You will gain access to the Program content through Podia. The Program is intended for Your personal and non-commercial use. Any sharing, reproduction, or redistribution of Program materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Payment Terms

One-Time Payment

You can purchase the Program with a one-time payment. Once the payment is processed, You will receive immediate access to the Program.

Installment Payments

Alternatively, You may choose to pay for the Program in two installment payments. Failure to complete the second installment payment within the specified period will result in Your access to the Program being revoked. You acknowledge that the installment option is a payment plan and not a subscription; You are obligated to complete all payments.

No Refunds or Returns

All sales are final. Given the nature of the Program, no refunds or returns will be issued under any circumstances.

Program Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke Your access to the Program if You:

1. Fail to make complete payment when opting for installment payments.
2. Violate any of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All Program materials are owned by Beth Bowen LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Program for Your personal, non-commercial use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beth Bowen LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

1. Your use or inability to use the Program.
2. Unauthorized access or use of Your account.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to You via email.
